Let's talk about why clothes are a scam, and how getting naked is so much better than any overpriced outfit you've ever bought that's now stuffed in the back of your closet, probably because you're waiting for a 'special occasion' that never comes. Trust me, naked is the new black. And it's time we all embrace it, warts, lumps, stretch marks, and all. We're not here to judge-well, except for the people who still wear socks with sandals, but they're on their own journey.
This book is about owning your nakedness like the proud, confident, totally awesome creature you are. From taking off your bra without feeling like you've escaped from an old-timey corset to mooning people in public like you've been practicing for years, we're going to take that leap together. And, by the way, I'm not saying you have to go full Monty in front of strangers (unless, of course, that's your thing). But if you've ever wondered why society insists on keeping us wrapped up like overstuffed sausages, well, let's just say we're about to unwrap all of that and get real.
