The reader is encouraged to spend a few minutes looking at an image prior to sleep. Then, upon awakening, the reader may document their dreams in the lined space provided on the page accompanying each image. The forward offers a brief introduction on how to begin using the Dreambook. Of course, there is the option of writing a brief story related to each image if the reader chooses not to document (or divulge) anything about their dreamlife.
