My books are comprehensive, deeply researched, and feature original, high-quality illustrations. With over 40 years of firsthand experience learning, practicing, and illustrating these topics, I have meticulously crafted each volume to offer rare insights not found elsewhere. The combination of full-color printing, detailed graphics, and specialized knowledge reflects the depth of expertise behind each book, justifying their premium nature. Designed for serious practitioners and scholars, my books also provide a solid foundation for beginners looking to explore complex topics. Each volume distills a lifetime of experience into a meaningful and accessible resource, making them ideal for those who seek authentic, high-quality study materials rather than mass-market alternatives.

In this booklet, over 90 pages of color graphics showing specific physical exercises and mental exercises from tai chi (water), baguazhang (wind) and qigong (fire). Also included is information on developing or cultivating one's inner strength or qi. Additionally, there are various exercises from Qigong (also known as Chi Kung or Gi Gung) breathing exercises. Chi Kung includes physical exercises as well as meditation to control many bodily functions and increase one's internal energy or life force. Many of these exercises have long been known to help with many aches, pains and other ailments, amongst their many other benefits. Included are explanations and graphics explaining exactly what qi is and why it is important. Theories, concepts and other relative information is also presented in straightforward explanations.

These booklets are the summation of over 40 years of my training, education, teaching and public speaking of martial arts, qigong, fitness, wellness, TCM and other facets of self-improvement. Similar to popular study guides such as Quick Study or PermaCharts, these graphic and text guides cut to the chase in order to minimize precious time spent muddling through extensive textbooks seeking understanding of specific concepts. Each guide is packed with the root knowledge regarding specific topics. This format is highly beneficial for the novice as well as experts in the fields of health, wellness and self-improvement.
