In many developing countries governments can't or won't spend money on sanitation. This book is an attempt to educate village elders or manager in developing countries to information about new technology on sewage systems which can operate without connection to a municipal waste water treatment plant. Much of the equipment required to construct such waste water sanitization systems is available in country if only the locals knew what was required. Reading patents will likely be above the skill sets of local village managers however all countries have universities with staff competent to read and understand them and so this book is targeted at that audience.
