I'm just so exhausted, all I want to do is sleep.

My chest can stop feeling like this anytime. My lung(s) are on fire and it hurts to breathe.
Every time I thought I had found a pattern my body proved me wrong. I was done living in this unpredictable cycle, it was time to surrender to the fact that my body was changing without my permission. My journey of healing began- traditional medicine, holistic practitioners, God, anything that could offer me some type of relief was welcome. Nutrition has been a cornerstone to change. Through countless hours of research, networking, and trial and error I have been able to put together this book of successful recipes that have complimented my healing and nourished my soul in the process.
