It is for everybody, offering advice on lifestyle and nutrition that will stand you in good stead. Monique Murphy believes in the self-healing ability of the body, that the sick body can restore itself given the right opportunity and set of circumstances. There are Emotional Freedom Technique exercises for dealing with the myriad emotions that a cancer patient may face that could apply equally well for any chronic disease. A variety of treatment options are discussed with a view to introducing the reader to ideas for further research. The basic premise of the book is that the patient needs to know what they want and how they wish to proceed with their healing protocol. The doctor is not the healer, you are!
