Do you want to fight diseases with the Dr Sebi diet?
Dr. Sebi's alkaline diet is a popular diet made for curing illnesses that have been followed by many people. But scientific studies do not show that it results in curing any type of chronic disease. It is now seen as a method to lose weight and follow a healthy lifestyle to improve overall health. Dr. Sebi was a self-proclaimed herbalist who coined this diet. He has a questionable background and education when it comes to healing people. The diet is very restrictive and difficult to follow, even more difficult than vegan dieting.
It can provide all the benefits that a low calorie and high fresh vegetable and fruit diet can give. The benefits are enormous, but the level of calories should wander close to the calories you burn on average, or else you will feel lethargic, and a process called cell starvation will start. However, if your main goal is to reduce weight, it can give promising results.
Rules to follow for the Doctor Sebi Diet:
- To adhere strictly to the Doctor Sebi diet, you must
- only eat foods outlined in the nutritional guide.
- Drink at least 3.8 litres of water daily.
- Consume no animal products, alcohol and wheat products, canned or seedless fruits.
- never use a microwave on a food you intend to eat to avoid killing the food.
Trying different diets is a way to find out what type suits you. If you need fast weight loss and don't mind the restrictions, then this diet can be for you. To achieve the goals that you desire, you need to sacrifice some comforts of your life. We are used to being in bad routines because they don't require any effort. If we want to live healthily, we need to put some sort of effort and hard work into it.
