When life shatters, how do you rebuild?
In Dear Aaron, Trena Laine shares her deeply personal journey after the sudden loss of her husband. More than a memoir of grief, this is a powerful reflection on love, hustle culture, resilience, and finding healing from the inside out.
Through vulnerability and raw honesty, Trena unpacks the weight of burnout, the silence of grief, and the pressure of endless ambition. As a successful beauty entrepreneur and mentor, she invites readers into her world-a world where the external shine often hides the internal storm.
Dear Aaron is not just about loss-it's about alignment. It's about learning to slow down, reprioritize, and rebuild a life anchored in purpose, wellness, and connection.
This book is for:
- For the Grieving Spouse: grief book for young widows, coping with sudden loss of partner, healing after losing a husband.
- For the Burnt-Out Leader: overcoming hustle culture, burnout recovery for women entrepreneurs, balancing ambition and mental health.
- For the Search for Meaning Reader: memoir on resilience and hope, finding peace after tragedy, spiritual growth through grief.
If you've ever wondered how to carry grief while still choosing joy, this book will speak to your heart.
Book Life.com Inspirational odyssey of healing from grief and overcoming life's adversities.
A Woman a Day with Danaye of iHeart Radio It would be hard to go through something like the loss of your partner and then go out, and share that with the world. But, Trena is doing this in such a beautiful way and the book is absolutely beautiful as well.
Reader review on Amazon Honest. Dear Aaron, honestly addresses the complexities of love and loss.
JV Ventures Retreats Trena's words became the gentle but firm voice in my head, reminding me: Slow down. Focus on yourself. What you've done today is enough. Take a break. Each time I feel overwhelmed, racing against the clock, I hear her wisdom echoing-and it grounds me.
