Change is the scariest thing to do when you're fighting to hold onto something or a part of you that has a hold on you that is more significant than you know. The things I did because of my hurt and pain made me feel protected from allowing others to add to my misery.

I have hurt enough to need to change. I have learned enough to realize that my way of doing things was not working for my better good. I have received enough love and patience from God to change and keep moving in the right direction.
