In the rolling hills of Mount Holly, Vermont, Squeels On Wheels is the culinary love story of Cindy and Tump-a dynamic duo whose passion for real, wood-smoked barbecue has been blazing since 1996.
A Legacy in Smoke
Tump, the pitmaster, is a true craftsman of the flame. Using Vermont maple, oak, and fruitwood, he coaxes deep, smoky flavor into whole pigs, tender brisket, and pulled pork that practically melts in your mouth. Every roast is the result of decades of dedication and an instinct for perfect timing.
The Secret's in the Sauce
Chef Cindy works her magic in the kitchen, crafting sauces, dressings, spices, and sides entirely from scratch. Ingredients come straight from local farms, community-supported agriculture, or their own garden. Her Kickin' Chicken dust and signature sauces have grown so beloved they now live beyond the truck, bottled for fans to enjoy at home.
Born on the Road, Rooted at Home
From their humble start catering in Delaware to bringing a mobile BBQ pit to Vermont, Cindy and Tump built Squeels On Wheels through long drives, early mornings, and pure devotion to the craft. In 2010, they opened a BBQ deli inside a country store and expanded into bottling sauces. By 2020, they sold the store to return to their roots-bringing unforgettable barbecue directly to their customers, ready to enjoy.
