Selling changed my life. If it wasn't for my friend, Ron, who in 1983 encouraged me to move to Colorado and take my first sales job, and then letting Ron teach me his best sales methods, none of the other great things that followed would have happened to me. I've spent decades learning many different forms of sales and marketing. The strategies I've learned (with a lot of help from many other talented people, some who are still with me) have generated tens of millions of dollars in sales, and been extremely fulfilling.
Now I'm on a mission to teach the best of my methods to as many other sales people as possible. I'm doing this for two reasons: First, it bothers me greatly that selling is not taught in school. I hate the fact that there are millions of people who are working in meaningless jobs and going nowhere fast, just like I was in 1983. Some of these people could become great salespeople if they had somebody to teach them how - and that's the purpose of this book.
Whether you're new to selling, or a seasoned veteran who's looking for an advantage to take your sales skills to the next level, this book is perfect for you. And for some of you, I'm expanding my work from home sales team, and this may be the perfect introduction to my sales team. No obligation.
