The Four Skins

These are not personalities but bodily intelligences - ways your system distributes energy, attention, and will. Everyone begins in one Skin. The work is not to replace it, but to refine it.
The Path of Evolution
Each Skin follows the same arc: Native (original intelligence), Conditioned (reflexive repetition), Evolved (choice and presence).
The book weaves embodiment training with mythic narrative - the story of Elira, whose passage through the Skins mirrors our own evolution from instinct to command. Through narrative and practice, you'll feel how your system learns, defends, and reorganizes - and how to choose coherence in real time.

The Framework of Training
Beneath the Skins lies a living architecture: Capacities (Strength, Flexibility, Focus, Awareness), Skins (embodied character), and Regulators (Structure, Attention, Breath). Together they form a method for training the nervous system - turning stress into structure and chaos into command.
