Meditation became my anchor, nourishing foods became my medicine, and faith became my constant companion. Together, these two worlds-medical and holistic-worked hand in hand to support my recovery.
This book is not only about surviving cancer but about rediscovering wholeness. It is a testament to the power of blending modern medicine with ancient wisdom, of trusting your body's intelligence while respecting the expertise of science. Throughout my journey, I discovered that healing from both sides means honoring every part of yourself-the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual.
