The framework is build on four leadership characteristics, namely, Emotional Intelligence, Grit, Empathy and Resilience which are inherently present in women from the beginning of times. The first edition was published in 2016 after three years of research on trailblazer women in non-traditional fields. This edition explained the conceptualization of Leadership IN Women and focused on connecting and inspiring the women to get on leadership tracks with confidence.
Thrive is key tenet of the second edition of Leadership IN Women. This is a continuum of the effort to spread a positive perception about women as leaders and their inherent leadership characteristics. This edition present more women leaders from around the world, who are both thriving and making their mark in their chosen industries or activities and on the world at large.
