There are so many people I have to thank for getting this book to publication. But firstly I have to thank The Bride, Barbie Ann. How she has spent over 40 years with me I have no idea. Not only has she typed the original manuscript, but she has translated it from my Irish gibberish, into reasonable English, without loosing the content.
