These painful emotions are not inevitable. They result from processes that anyone can learn to recognize, understand, and defuse.
The goal is not to suppress your emotions, control them, or think positively. It is to understand what truly triggers them, so that you can gradually regain lasting inner freedom.
As these mechanisms become visible, they begin to lose their power. Your perception of events, other people, and yourself can change profoundly. What once seemed obvious may suddenly appear in a completely different light.
You may discover that much of the suffering you thought was unavoidable never had to be.
And that can open the way to calmer relationships, greater freedom in your choices, and a more peaceful life.
