Who doesn't love reading stories with tremendous amount of wisdom and moral lessons especially after a tough day? Sometimes when the going gets tough, we forget all the beautiful things that occur in our lives. We are so caught up in the moment that we fail to appreciate what's in front of us. These short stories for both children and adults come with a moral lesson that will motivate and inspire you in an amazing way. The great thing about moral stories, they are so easy to digest, and there is always something to learn at the end of the story. Whether they're true or not is another thing, as many of them are legends supposedly hundreds of years old.
We're taught from a very young age that leaning on faith in difficult situations helps us to overcome even the most trying and challenging times that we will face during our life. However, often things don't go according to plan, and we can be left feeling hopeless, broken, and desperate. Reading through these short stories can instantly uplift your spirit and serve as a reminder of how strong you can be.
Many people who don't read books share a common attitude: This book sounds interesting, but I won't have time to read it, so why start at all?
Having no time to read is one of the major reasons people give for not reading books. But this is just an excuse. What such people need to do is to find something interesting to read and this book could be the key to unlock that interest.
The moral stories in this book are made in the way that they can be read in short chunks So that even those that fear to read books can read and enjoy.
Reading stories can be helpful for relaxation, before bedtime for example. They allow you and your children to forget the stresses and strains of the day and indulge in fantasy for a while. The soothing familiarity of a much-loved story, the rhyming and sense of humor, plus the sense of security that time spent reading together can foster.
Stories help to develop and improve imagination by introducing new ideas into your world - ideas about fantastical worlds, different points in time and invented characters. It will encourage you and your children to realize that they can, and should, imagine anything they want. The beauty of these stories is that they are super realistic or incredibly fantastical. You can be reading about children growing up in exactly the same situation as those around you or about another species.
When you read stories that contain feelings it can help you understand and accept your own feelings. It helps you understand that there are other people who feel the same way and to realize that you not alone. This also helps the children to understand that feelings are normal and should be expressed. You watching their responses to the feelings of the characters in the stories will give you some idea of how a child feels about certain situations and emotions. For example, how the child responds to the character in the story feeling sad or scared will give you some idea of how the child thinks.
