The Workmanship of Leaders asks a deceptively simple question: What if we thought of leadership as workmanship, a skilled craft to be practiced and improved, rather than as title, role, or status? Leaders do knowledge work - they process information, and nothing else - yet their fundamental thinking rarely improves over decades which produces systemic, costly errors.
