What if the thing you missed was never meant to reach you?
So much of human suffering comes from arguing with life.
We replay the closed door.
We question the relationship that ended.
We wonder why the opportunity disappeared.
We ask why God, Life, or the Universe did not give us what we wanted when we wanted it.
But what if peace begins when we stop assuming that what missed us was a mistake?
In What Misses You Was Never Meant to Reach You - The Path to Peace, Steve Lentini invites readers to look at disappointment, delay, loss, unanswered prayers, and closed doors from a wider perspective. This book is not about pretending pain does not hurt. It is about discovering that the mind's first interpretation may not be the truth.
Through spiritual reflection, personal insight, and the language of Acorn Brain(TM) and Dragon Mind(TM), this book explores how fear-based thinking turns missed outcomes into suffering - and how awareness opens the door to peace.
Each chapter helps readers notice the inner voice that argues with life, questions the design, and assumes something has gone wrong. As the noise quiets, a deeper wisdom begins to appear: maybe life is not withholding from us. Maybe life is redirecting us. Maybe what missed us was protecting us, preparing us, or freeing us for what could actually reach us.
This book is for anyone who has struggled with disappointment, questioned God's timing, or felt trapped by regret over what did not happen.
It is an invitation to stop fighting the past, stop chasing what was never yours, and begin trusting that peace does not come from getting everything you wanted.
Peace begins when you see differently.
What reaches you may awaken you.
What misses you may free you.
