This is a daily reader that encourages each of us to become more connected to our higher selves. It serves as a reminder that we are eternal LOVE and have come to earth to experience what we can. Over and over we are reminded that we are wondrous beings who have the support of the universe to become our most enlightened selves. Also, we hear over and over how we are all one.
The messages provided in this book are transcriptions of daily meditations channelled from Aaron (Universe of LOVE) through Wanda. They provoke thought and reflection within us and can be used as part of our own daily meditation practice. This book can also be used in conjunction with the Messages of Love From Beyond YouTube videos to increase understanding. The titles match and can be found easily. In Aaron's words, they are simply reminding us what we already know. The messages also have an energetic quality to them so they can provide new information as they are reflected upon and digested.
You are encouraged to read these messages with an open mind and to notice how the information sits within you. Does it feel like truth to you? Try not to judge from a position of your current understanding but instead be open to discovering new perspectives through it. In this way, magic will unfold and your understanding will blossom in a most powerful way.
I am grateful to have the chance to share this way of being with you. To touch, heal, and expand is what the LOVE energy is about. I invite you to be open to the messages of LOVE. When the energy resonates as truth, it reminds us of our higher self and of the energy we are familiar with. Namaste We are only reminding you of things that are common knowledge to the Universe and therefore, you. Aaron

Give Yourself a Break! True laughter and joy come from inside of you. It bubbles up and can't be stopped. Then there's false laughter: you use it to distract others by getting them to focus on something untrue. This distancing happens because you feel unworthy of true joy, connection, and laughter. You don't deserve intimate and joyful interactions. So, you make a loud joke and the moment of intimacy has passed.
You distance someone quickly if they share their most intimate self. The energies change and you start all over again. Why are you incapable of allowing another to share something intimate from their life? It's not about you. You fear that you're unworthy to hear it. If they understood how damaged you were as a human being, they wouldn't try to share this beautiful thing with you.
You're not comfortable with intimacy yourself. But it's important for you to get to this place of unworthiness so you may heal and evolve. See how uncomfortable that is, and how you rejected the intimacy of another human because you feel unworthy. Then you feel guilty because you rejected them. Now you're back on that old treadmill of guilt and low self-esteem.
How about letting it go and giving yourself a break? It turns out you're all the same. The human that is sharing intimately further on in the day will be in the same position as you. They will be unable to handle another's intimacy. You're all the same, because you're all blessed beings trying to get though a human existence causing the least amount of pain to yourself and others. That's not easy. Give yourself a break. There is much LOVE here for you. Namaste For you to become the LOVING human you notice and envy in others, you must go to this place of unworthiness and let it go, so you may evolve into the beautiful LOVING human you are deep inside.
