This book wasn't written for anyone but me.
It wasn't planned, polished, or drafted with an audience in mind. It started in the quiet moments-after the kids were asleep, after another breakdown, after another memory clawed its way to the surface. These letters are my way of picking up the pieces, one word at a time.
Each letter was written to a version of myself or someone who shaped me-some lovingly, some painfully.
Some people broke me. Some tried to save me. Some did both. And somehow, I'm still here.
If you're holding this book and reading these words, it means I was brave enough to share the parts of me I once tried to hide. It means I finally understood that healing isn't linear, and love-especially self-love-isn't always soft. Sometimes it's fierce. Sometimes it's messy. Sometimes it's just showing up anyway.
This isn't a self-help book. I'm not here to preach or pretend I have all the answers. This is a record of survival. A time capsule of who I was, who I'm becoming, and everything in between.
So whether you're here out of curiosity, heartbreak, hope-or just to feel a little less alone-I hope you find something in these pages that reminds you:
You are not too much.
You are not too broken.
And it's never too late to start again.
