This book is mainly about the time I lived in a forest in Northern Victoria in the 70s. I built my own home, had a productive vegetable garden and lived on lentils and spinach. I did all the building, and construction myself. These were the best years of my life and I felt happy having hardly any money. I owned the land, the house, and my small Toyota truck. No debt. Back then I could live for a month on $100. Since those days I have studied herbal medicine and followed all the political speak. The future 2023 looks pretty bleak at the moment. There is no better time than now to think about dropping out and living a near self sustaining life using the ideas in this book and from all the people on the planet who know how to build a home and a vegetable garden. Good luck on your new life that I highly reccommend. Freedom, peace, skill, community, health, fitness, independance, nature and self esteem is waiting for you.
