The journey behind this book began during my college years, when I started a business with minimal resources-no capital, educational expenses to manage, and a supportive but financially constrained family. Driven by a passion for physics and engineering, I ventured into the metal casting industry.
Over time, that small beginning evolved into a company exporting heavy axle components to more than 70 countries worldwide. The path was filled with challenges across metallurgy, product development, branding, marketing, distribution, and international trade. It was a continuous process of learning, building systems, and establishing a globally recognized name.
Beyond my entrepreneurial journey, I have also contributed at a national and international level. I worked with the Government of Pakistan to support the development of the engineering goods export sector and later served as an Engineering Sector Expert with the Government of the Netherlands (CBI), where I guided and influenced SME growth across multiple countries.
This book distills those decades of experience into practical, actionable guidance for entrepreneurs who aspire to grow, compete, and succeed on a global stage.
