No estás solo.
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
THE METHOD THAT'S TAKING THE WORLD BY STORM. OVER 10 MILLION COPIES SOLD.
Discover which color defines you--and learn to connect better with everyone around you.
Do you ever feel misunderstood?
Have you tried reasoning with someone, only to end up shouting?
Have you left a meeting thinking it was a complete waste of time?
Or worse--do people sometimes fail to understand you, no matter how clearly you explain yourself?
You're not alone. After a disastrous meeting with a successful entrepreneur who claimed to be surrounded by idiots, Thomas Erikson developed a revolutionary behavioral classification method that divides people into four types: reds--dominant and driven; yellows--spontaneous and optimistic; greens--patient and kind; and blues--methodical and precise. This book provides tools to identify and interact with each type. With a psychological foundation and real-life examples, it helps us improve our social skills and navigate conflict in both our professional and personal lives, so we can bring out the best in ourselves--and in those around us.
