For the past 4,356 days, the first thing that I do each morning when I wake up is write a letter to myself. Most of these writings are unimportant scribblings that I write without thinking about it. But, every once in a while, what comes from within is exactly what I need to hear. These quotes I have shared on my social media, and I have heard from others that these words spoke to them as well, and so I began to publish them. This is the 11th such book that I have published.
