We made it to March!! It's our time to party!! And as we celebrate Women's History Month, we honor the trailblazers who have paved the way for progress and equality. Yet, amidst the commemoration of these monumental achievements, we must also turn our attention to a quieter, but equally significant, revolution happening in the daily lives of women everywhere-the revolution of self-care.
The narrative of women's history is often marked by the extraordinary, but it is the ordinary acts of self-preservation that empower women to show up in power for themselves and those they serve. A woman who has not taken care of herself cannot fully step into her power. It is through self-care that we recharge our spirits, refocus our minds, and renew our strength to continue the work of those who came before us.
In this issue, we explore the transformative power of self-care and how it enables us to make history every day. We delve into the stories of women who have embraced self-care as a vital tool in their arsenal-a tool that allows them to be present, to be vibrant, and to be effective in their personal and professional lives.
