If you are reading this book with the expectation of getting advice or direction on how to defeat a 'Dragon', you will be highly disappointed. I have no advice or knowledge of any special techniques to defeat a 'Dragon'. I actually lost every battle that I fought against a 'Dragon'.
This edifying example of spiritual rebirth and recovery highlights how we all have the potential to win against our personal 'Dragons' and reclaim the beauty of the present. It is a beautiful book.
