In this book, the Recursive Dualism of Technology (RDT) model is developed as a new model to provide an understanding to how technology is experienced and the way technology adaptation unfolds in organizations. RDT explains how technology shapes and also is shaped by organizational affairs at all levels of an organization. The RDT model have also been empirically evaluated in five real-life case studies of technology adaptation in four different organizations.
