Primitivism and Politicking is all about an approach in corporate leadership thinking where participant values organizational mission (societal obligations) by doing due diligence in its existences of groups, being mirrored to teams in their leadership setup.
While doing due diligence, the author explains exit strategies from his association with some leaders in the US as well as appreciation of some other leaders in US and elsewhere, in a leadership continuum that lies largely beneficial to the leadership curriculum.
Few excerpts are also from the author's own definitions of the primitive state systems in place, in India that still supports modern country systems and of its support to its industrial advancements and bifurcations.
Further, more introspection is done in Banking & Finance and in filling the void in leadership and strategic directions and training for the corporate leadership in Banking as mandated by the Central Bank (Governors) in its periodic revisions of measures such as CDR, SDR, S4A, AQR, etc.
Finally, a leadership incumbent in the Banking sector is encouraged to ask tougher questions to themselves, when asked while making calculated guesses on Gearing Ratio or DER (Debt Equity), whether to take MM Approach or what to go in when NIA (Net Income Approaches).
