Has your ship come in? The author of this workbook felt that there were more people in this world trying to make ends meet from paycheck to paycheck than what statistics were saying. She refers to them as closet budgeters. How many of us really would admit to others that we are having financial difficulties? Your personal household finances are not a normal topic of conversation.
