3 prompts that match the daily theme with ample writing space within the book
1 body map for you to track your sensations in relation to the daily theme
1 guided audio practice to close the day with awareness and self compassion
The journey also includes an audio guided imaginal practice to be done after the 7 days for deeper integration as well as one longer guided audio practice you can experience anytime you need a gentle dose of sensual nervous system regulation.
