I am what they call a Master Preservationist in Property Preservation within the world of Real Estate Foreclosures. There really is no such thing as Master Preservationist; however, you can say the two words can be viewed as my experience within the industry. Foreclosures unfortunately; this is the world we live it. The reality and reasoning for this book is to bring to light the positives and negatives of the industry; the who is and who is not within this industry. Personally, I cannot remember anybody favoring or favorable this industry. The simple truth is everyone has to be part of this ever changing world we live in.
