This 3rd and final book of the Ethnos Leadership Process contains the 4 sessions of the competencies module, or The Investment is Worth It. Competence is the capacity to function in one's profession successfully and efficiently. It includes a combination of knowledge, basic requirements (capabilities) skills, abilities, behavior, and attitude. The competent leader also understands the responsibility to pass the baton of leadership by authentic and not casual mentoring of others. The competent leader is on a never ending quest of proficiency and mastery of his or her profession for the sake of mentoring others.
