This workbook is designed to be a follow-up to the time management presentation that Helene Segura delivered to JAFRA Consultants at JAFRA Leader meetings in Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Baltimore. Whether you were present at the meetings or not, this workbook can be used to help you capture your thoughts based on the concepts presented at the JAFRA conferences. The beauty of what Helene Segura discussed is that each individual principle in itself is simple.
