It asks why people follow at all when they are not required to, and what actually causes a leader to remain influential long after systems, structures, and institutions take over.
Written from a behavioral and real-world observation perspective, this is not a theological work and not an academic history. It is a practical exploration of influence itself-how it forms, how it spreads, and why it sometimes endures when every conventional model suggests it should not.
