I Am Lit, is a guide on Chakra activation & is all about activating the God & Goddess in you, opening your pineal gland & going through a Kundalini awakening. The human body has Power Centers, also known as Energy Centers or Chakras, that can be activated through meditation & other spiritual practices. Some believe that activating the Chakras can lead to a transformation of consciousness and a deeper awareness of the universe.
As you Awaken you may feel a tingling, warmth, or a sense of energy in the area of the chakra that is being activated. This is because the chakra is opening up and allowing more prana (life force energy) to flow through it. You may also experience a newfound peace & serenity when your chakras are balanced & may also notice a change in the way you approach your everyday life, as well as experience a major change in how you deal with day-to-day stressors-things that use to get under your skin. Not only shall you learn how to activate your Power Centers, you shall also learn about each chakras function, how to recognize which chakra needs to be activated versus those that may be overactive. You shall learn the mantras, meditations, mudras & crystals that are best for each chakra, exercises for each individual chakra, the best food to consume while activating your chakras & foods that are most compatible with each individual Energy Center. My goal is to share a wealth of information with all of my readers, in the hopes that all those who take on this beautiful experience, shall be able in the end, to point at themselves & say, I Am Lit!!!
