There is a question rising from the deepest places of the earth - from the soil that has drunk too much blood, from the waters that have carried too much sorrow, from the cities where the children no longer dream, from the villages where the elders bury their young. Even our body. Even our nation. Even our world, when it has been prepared.
The world is not yet prepared. But it can be. That is the wager - not of optimism, but of obedience - upon which this book stands. The Lord's Prayer is not a sentimental recitation. It is a sovereign petition lodged in the highest court of the universe by the Son of God Himself: Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven. The petition has not been withdrawn. The petition is being answered. We are alive in the season of its answering.
Two governance systems are proposed in these pages, twin systems, each incomplete without the other. Headocracy - the government in which Christ is acknowledged as the supreme Head - answers the question of who governs. Bestocracy - the government in which the best in revelation, rule, resources, and rest is honoured - answers the question of how they govern. Together they form what the Spirit, in this hour, is releasing as a structural answer to the Lord's Prayer.
And the time-frame is given. Twenty-eight years. Four septennia. Four sevens, the number of perfection multiplied by the number of completion. Within that span, by the grace of the Sun of Righteousness rising with healing in His wings, a Healed Earth is achievable - not merely as a hope, but as a measurable outcome across 156 nations and beyond, calibrated to the threefold standard of Romans 14:17: righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

The 153 solutions that follow are drawn from John 21:11 - that great catch of fish, the precise number, neither rounded up nor rounded down, the divine signature of completeness in fruitfulness.
