The Cry of the Nations and the Charge of the Watchman
I write, beloved of God, not as one who hath leisure to philosophize, but as one whose loins are girded by the burden of the LORD. In the year 1993, the heavens opened a door before me. In the year 1999, the hand of the Most High laid hold upon my mouth and my pen. In the year 2019, the visitation deepened and the commission widened - to declare the counsel of God across one hundred and fifty-six nations.
In the watches of the night, I heard the groan of the peoples. I heard the wail of widows in war zones, the cry of orphans in famine fields, the sigh of laborers under wages of injustice, the silence of cities under censorship. And the voice within me said: The cause is leadership. The cure is leadership. The crown is leadership.
Behold, I have laboured in the embassies of nations, in the universities of the learned, in the assemblies of the diplomats, in the gatherings of the global leadership. And in every chamber the same lament: Where are the seers? Where are the shepherds? Where are the fathers of nations? Where are the watchmen that bark when wolves draw nigh?
Then said the LORD unto me: Take pen, take ink, take parchment. Set down the apologetic of leadership in Hebrew, in Aramaic, in Greek - that no nation may say, We knew not the language; nor scholar say, We had no witness; nor judge say, We were not warned.
Lo, I have inscribed in this volume the witness of Moses and Isaiah, the testimony of David and Solomon, the warning of Jeremiah and Ezekiel, the parable of the Lord Jesus Christ, the epistle of Paul, the revelation of John. They speak with one mouth and one verdict - the earth is suffering because of leadership, and the earth shall be saved because of leadership that seeth.
I have followed in the steps of the witnesses of the latter rain - F. F. Bosworth, who declared healing as a covenant right; William Marrion Branham, who carried the lamp of the prophetic; J. Preston Eby, who unfolded the manifest sons of God; Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Apostle Johnson Suleman, and Uebert Angel, whose voices have gone forth into all the earth. They have run a good race; I run also.
This book is bread for the diplomat, light for the legislator, fire for the pastor, anchor for the academic, plumb-line for the prince, and trumpet for the saint. It shall stand a thousand years and more, if the LORD tarry, as a witness in the gate.
Receive it as a man of Issachar receiveth the discernment of times. Receive it as a man of Berea receiveth the noble inquiry of scriptures. Receive it as a man of the Mount of Transfiguration receiveth the unveiled face of the Christ.
And when thou hast read, do thou this: lift thine eyes unto the hills. Lift thine eyes off the broken leaders and lift them unto the Leader of all leaders, the King of all kings, the Bishop of all bishops, the Shepherd of all shepherds - even Christ Jesus our Lord. He is the seer of seers, and He alone can heal the earth from the disease of blind leadership.
