This book aims at exploring male millennial leaders' perceptions of women as leaders in large business organizations. Transformational leadership theory and social dominance theory were used as the theoretical bases to guide the study. The book raises awareness about important aspects of women leaders through the eyes of the male, millennial leaders in a historically male-dominated society.
