The study assessed the impact of employee motivation on the performance of Bralirwa Ltd, Rwanda's manufacturing company. It aimed to explore the types of motivation received by employees, analyze performance indicators from 2013 to 2017, and examine the relationship between motivation and performance. The study involved 60 employees out of a total of 153. Results showed employees received various incentives, including life insurance, timely salaries, bonuses, and promotions. Financial performance indicators highlighted an increase in revenue and profits. The study confirmed that both financial and non-financial motivation had a strong positive effect on performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.758. The conclusion emphasized that employee motivation is vital for company success and should be treated as an asset. The study used both qualitative and quantitative methods, with data analyzed using SPSS software.
