Diversity is an issue that we all must address and make a concious decision to not only become tolerant of others whose beliefs, practices and morals are different than yours. Take inventory of your workplace, home and church to see if there is diversity in action. Are people valued for who they are and their culture? What does the picture of your family look like? What is the picture of your work place or church. Does it mirror society? Is each culture actively engaged in working together to create a better world? If not, I challenge you to start today.
