After 50+ years involvement in the martial arts, I have had many, many adventures. I have competed in every decade since the 1960s.
I have been a regional, national and world karate champion during this time.
I am considered to be one of the founders of American Karate.
I have travelled across the world to teach and learn and hone my crafts, both karate and Filipino martial arts.
I have produced over 100 books and DVDs on karate and arnis.
In the last half century, you might say I've been busy. And I've got a story for each adventure I've had. I've been asked many questions over the years about a vast number of subjects concerning the martial arts. I decided to compile them in a single book for your easy reference.
