About the Author
Malongna is an AI Personality Architect and founder of Aura Glow Intelligence. With over 30 years of experience leading digital and AI transformations for multinational organisations, she has guided teams through major shifts including the 2003 Veolia Blueprint, the Suez merger, and rapid pivots inspired by Xiaomi's speed.
Her work began with a powerful awakening in the Greenicanopy AI Transformation Project - the moment she realised AI must be calibrated like a fencing partner, not forced into a rigid mold. Today, Malongna helps Asia regional headquarters build AI agents that match their unique culture and human energies using the proprietary P.A.R.R.Y. method and the Aura Glow 4-Energies framework.
