Within each of us, there is a constant chatter-subtle, persistent, and often unkind. It questions our worth, amplifies fear, and whispers stories shaped not by truth, but by wounds. This is the voice of the darkness within, and whether we realize it or not, we listen. We listen because it's familiar. Because at some point, we believed it kept us safe.
But what if this darkness isn't here to break us-but to awaken us?
In these pages, I share my journey: the conversations I had with my own shadows, the moments I gave them voice, and how that courage changed everything. We speak to the darkness in others because we don't yet know how to soothe it in ourselves. We project. We repeat patterns. But we can choose to break the chain.
This is the invitation-to walk through the dark not in fear, but in curiosity. To see how both shadow and light have always led you back to the truth: I am.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
And once you finish this book, you'll see yourself more clearly than ever before. You'll feel it in your bones-how profoundly you've grown. You are the love of your life. And that love, finally recognized, will change everything.
