Anaerobic digestion is one of the most efficient processes for the production of renewable energy, offering numerous industrial and environmental benefits by creating a cleaner environment. For this study, we chose the following samples: cow manure, domestic hen manure and French hen manure. At the end of the experiment, it was found that French hen compost had the highest percentage of organic matter compared with domestic hen and cow compost. The experiment also showed that French hen manure (L) is the most efficient substrate for biogas production, followed by domestic hen manure (M) and cow manure (B). Although all three types of manure are suitable for biogas production, French hen manure stands out for its superior productivity.
