Warning: This book contains inappropriate language and thought provoking material. Do not buy this book if you are easily offended. Reader discretion is advised. Becoming The Leader Of U Inc: Brutal Realism Within is not for everyone. Primarily it is written for the leader, the military commander, the future business owner and or a true go-getter. It does not sugarcoat or try to lift you up. On the contrary it is offensive and challenges the soft culture that is responsible for creating the little bit** syndrome of entitlement. Heavy weight falls on understanding the basic psychology of man and how it affects you the operator in the hierarchy of your environment. A brutal realist finds a way to adapt because he/she understands the system he/she inhabits better than most by putting all personal bias and feelings aside. I am an ignorant man. Everything I know could be wrong. What I perceive based on experience, is that human nature is difficult to change. It is a story of good an evil within a context of hierarchy and localized traditions/psychology and groupthink. The good man and woman does not always win. It is not my wish for you to stray from the good. It is my wish for you to throw off the chains of gullibility.
