Why I Wrote This Book
There was a time in my life when I weighed almost 100 kilograms.
I wasn't just carrying extra weight on my body-I was carrying emotional weight that nobody else could see. I struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety, fear, disappointment and the feeling that I would never become the person I wanted to be.
Changing my body was only the beginning.
The real transformation happened when I changed my mindset.
I began learning about nutrition, healthy habits, exercise, yoga, meditation and the importance of taking care of my mental health. Little by little, I realised that true health is much more than the number on a scale. It is about respecting your body, calming your mind and creating a life that brings you peace.
That journey inspired me to write this book.
I am not a doctor, psychologist or nutrition scientist. I am simply someone who has lived through difficult moments and decided that I no longer wanted to be controlled by them.
Everything you are about to read comes from my own experiences, mistakes and lessons. Some ideas may resonate with you, while others may not, and that is perfectly okay. My goal is not to tell you how to live your life. My goal is to share the perspective that helped me rebuild mine.
If my story encourages even one person to choose healthier food, spend more time in nature, believe in themselves again or refuse to give up after another setback, then writing this book will have been worth it.

Why I Want to Help Others

Why I Wrote This Book
