As I became brighter and more excited, I realized then that I had misunderstood words about a phrase people use so often it has become ordinary and taken for granted as a go to phrase for giving advice or comfort. I must admit I was among those people. But when I was in my between place (not completely awake), on April 11, 2012 at 7:49 in the morning, the words, Be who. You are. levitated in front of my face just as you see them here but without the paper behind them. As I sat up in bed and said the words out loud, they disappeared. Hopefully and thoughtfully this book will increase your knowingness and havingness as much as it has mine.
