This book is a self help guide/spiritual empowerment text. Written as a fellow traveller on the path supporting and encouraging the reader to progressively move through a series of stages.
.From the initial chapters sharing perspectives and processes for releasing emotional trauma, befriending the body mind activating the witness and enabling the six heart virtues, through channeled wisdom from Higher Consciousness beings, to powerful deep meditation techniques to access the Higher Self and culminating in a process to activate the 12 strand DNA inherent in every body.
Each chapter gives an introduction, the body of the teaching, followed by exercises or meditations to embody the wisdom, and ends with a reflection containing a summary of the content with relevant questions to deepen the embodiment of that particular step . It is incrementally presented, yet each stage can be studied separatedly, or referred back to, to reinforce the activation of the process.
The author has personally experienced every stage over many years, and thus is able to write from genuine activation. This comes through in the text, so the encouragements are not pontificating, but gently guiding, both by sharing what uplifts and what can distort, The reader feels a sense of being held and supported by a long term trusted friend.
