A few years ago I received a message, the message was passed through me which lead to this workshop being created. It has my heart and soul in it, lessons learned, insecurities on display but I feel it is needed to make the changes that I see so many want to make. So here I lay myself bare in the hope that in some way you are inspired to make the desired changes you have been putting off.
Love yourself and give to yourself because everything about your life begins with you so if the first port of call is not balanced or feeling good then everything else can only follow suit.
This workshop has been 2 years in the making, receiving piece by piece of what my journey was bringing forward to me to make life changing decisions and growing beyond my own belief in the process.
I am coming from a place of being depressed since the age of 11 until well into my 30's.
My life has had many many ups and downs that have challenged me sometimes to the point that I had wanted to give up.
I bring this workshop to you with everything I had learnt and been shown up to the point of writing it.
In the process of understanding, learning lessons, getting to know myself and coming to love myself my life has changed and all because I have changed.
If you are serious about wanting your life to look different this workshop will help to offer the stories, lessons and tools I have experienced and used on my own journey.
I can't say that the journey is easy having the tools as the practice to use them still needs to come from you but I guarantee you if I can make these much needed changes to my life then there is no doubt in my mind that you too can make the desired changes so your life starts to resemble what you have wanted for so long.
This is a self help workshop that you are able to do alone with very easy to follow content.
There is also the option if you feel it is needed at any time to contact Bridgitte to have either one on one sessions or group sessions. There is also the choice of coming for a day, 12 weeks or a year.
Bridgitte's aim in creating this workshop is to share light, love and encouragement to all that come across it.
